Lesson learned: Know exactly what you want when buying a Rolex online or else go directly to a store to do your dealings in person. The people running this site never answered my questions before purchasing the watch, forgot to ship the item for about two weeks, became a huge hassle when tried to return (beware of restocking fee), and finally told me after a month of waiting that the strap I ordered was no longer available. Purchase wisely.
