Do NOT buy from them! Watch broke within days of buying it, they refused to refund me and their attitude was awful - they had got my money so basically didnt want to know! After local Trading Standards Officer got involved, i eventually got a full refund.

Cannot believe the good reviews here. I have found them to be absolutely atrocious. They have repeatedly refused to accept liability for a faulty watch. Not only that, if you have to send a watch back to them, they expect you to pay even when it is not your fault. I would not buy from them ever again.

They are i believe the largest authrised on-line watch retailers in the UK so you have nothing to worry about.

I have bought a DG watch .. then my friend told me that many online sites have faked watches... Lingray watches isn't one of them right? Quite nervous :P

LINGRAY WATCHES were excellent in every way with 2 orders i have made over the last 6 months. I received both watches the very next day after ordering and i find the customer service most obliging and helpful.

Lingray Watches are the best online retailer I have dealt with to date. I purchased a Armani AR0156 for myself back in June which was fantastic, fast delivery and 100% genuine. I then ordered a Gucci for my wifes birthday present on 25/02 and received it today (26/02) along with diamond certification etc. which I was extremely pleased with.

10 out of 10 and would defiantly recommend them to anybody looking to buy a quality swiss made watch.

I have posted positive feedback on moneysavingexpert when I noticed these comments which I thought was a completely incorrect description of the company I have used... maybe a competitor?

Purchased an Armani watch for my son for christmas, new eve the minute hand fell off. I telephoned Lingray and they said I could have an exchange. Sent the watch back and received the replacment today, two minutes on my sons are and the minute hand fell off again and it was a replacement it was the same watch. Contacted Lingray again and they said send it back and they will refund my card, no apology nothing !!!! I Will never use them again, I feel ripped off.Ray Isle of Man

Purchased a Tag watch which was sent with wrong instruction book. Have had no luck getting a replacement from Lingray. Am still pursuing this matter. I think they are very helpful until there is a problem then it all goes quiet.
However their delivery was prompt.
