Awful quality! Gold is not gold, and diamonds fall off, and are not real too. Do not buy this crap, it is worthless!

I bought two watches from there and I have never been happier! Their service and rapid shipping was very impressive and professional! i still get compliments! TraxNYC is absolutly the best place for watches and jewelry!

Trax items are all seconds, they do not match the description. The low quality goods they send out, and charge the customer 10% "reservation" charge on returns.

I dealt with Trax, I'm still waiting for part of my order almost 4 MONTHS on. What they delivered is SCUFFED, BENT, BROKEN, GLUED BACK TOGETHER, and not £550 quality diamonds. TraxNYC were completely unhelpful, and even went as far as to give me a WRONG TELEPHONE NUMBER on which to call them.

I had purchased through TraxNYC, I was very pleased with my purchase. I had received fast shipping and the pendant I had purchased was more then what I had expected. It was beautiful!! I made there my custom pendant and I'm happy. They have custom page where you can make order online, also there some samples what they made before, it;s really crazy pieces.
