     The entire mechanical mechanism of the Ellipsocurvex Papillon is powered by the amazing DR115 caliber an it has the perfect flat dimensions of 2.98 millimeters high but this mechanism is a copy of the automatic Girard-Perregaux 3100 caliber. The “engine” can developed 28 800 vibration per minutes and it can sustain energy for 45 hours that is an exceptional thing when we think about those dimensions.

     On the outside of the watch we can find the edges decorated with blue and white diamonds and the main characteristics for those is that their all cut at the same size and shape, so if a light or even a small spark reach the surface of the watch it will glow uniform and so will express the value of the watch.

     The indicators of the watch are colored in blue and the only black that we can find on the white gold one, is the black from the calendar. The calendar in the first instance is only representing the day of the month but with the press of the button that we can find near the 1 o’clock hour the main dial will flip over and it will reveal a simple calendar that indicates days, months and years.

     The belt of the watch has alligator shape but it is entirely created from black leather with a gold bracelet for closure. It is not very common the fact that the bracelet is from leather but in the same time to have a clip like the steeliness steels ones.

     The glass of the watch use a new technology of self cleaning and on the interior is treated with a substance called mertamcampt that it has the property of dissipate the water vapour but even can dissipate the dust whit the help of electrostatic energy that can be generated from your clothes.

     The warranty is for 5 years and the Ellipsocurvex Papillon can resist under water for 30 meters.
