Hublot GreenGo Bang

Posted under Hublot

The renowned timepiece manufacturer Hublot has launched a new wonderful creation, the GreenGo Bang Watch, homage to the 40th anniversary of the popular night club GreenGo. The club located inside the Gstaad Palace Hotel in Switzerland has hosted party evenings for many famous personalities. The new watch produced in limited number is decorated in the same colors as the club, like black and green and features green elements.

Hublot GreenGo Bang features a ‘Big Bang’ case of 44 mm made of micro-blasted black ceramic, as well as a round-shaped bezel in the same material, stylized with black composite resin inserts and fixed with six titanium screws. The case accommodates an imposing crown in steel with a green rubber insert, steel push-buttons which demonstrate satin finishing and green rubber inserts and adopts a high-grade sapphire crystal coating treated anti-reflective, found also on the case-back.

Incorporated inside the protective case is the impeccable and finely crafted automatic movement that animates the functions of the wonderful Hublot GreenGo Bang timepiece. Created exclusively within the manufacture, the HUB4100 Calibre automatic movement is composed of 252 pieces and is decorated with 27-jewel, satin-finished and polished bridges with black PVD coating screws and sandblasted and rhodium-plated base plate. The movement assures approximately 42 hours of power-reserve.

The design of the dial is specially thought out to represent the popular GreenGo club. The black satin-finished ruthenium color of the dial and the green Superluminova appliques make the face of the watch vivid and energized. To highlight the partially skeletonized hour and minute-hands and the hour indexes, they are covered in green Superluminova and since the seconds-chronograph hand is not luminous, it finishes in an H symbol. Besides, the dial features a particular characteristic represented by the club’s logo which is symbolically placed at 8 o’clock pointing at the 40 minutes mark on the minute track and printed in orange.

In addition, the watch displays a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, a 12-hour indication at the lower part of the dial, a seconds-counter placed at 9 o’clock, as well as a date window and the Hublot’s name. Moreover, an anti-reflective sapphire crystal coating is protecting the dial to add a higher resistance against scratches.

To complete this impressive GreenGo Bang timepiece, the company decided to mount it on a black alligator leather strap very classic and cozy on the wrist, which can be also replaced with a black rubber strap if you want to add a more sporty aspect. The new Hublot GreenGo Bang model will be available in limited series of only 40 pieces.
