Hublot, the extraordinary firm in the watch designing, has made an unusual partnership with the football club Manchester United. The partnership was announced in the Old Trafford stadium and its purpose is to bring the glory of the club with a collectable watch created by an outstanding Swiss creators. The entire purpose of the watch was to create the Timekeeper of Manchester United and honor all of the great players that played there but also in the honor of their coach Sir Alex Ferguson. Hublot amazed us all because we known them such as created of luxury watches and know we speak about sport watches. This entire idea was developed by the new sales manager that works with the Hublot team and the words say everything “in football there are big money”.

     The creation of the watch was meant to reach out the fans and increase Hublot sales but with this partnership Hublot also become a sponsor of the Manchester United team. Actually, the first concept of the watch was a digital one but Hublot doesn’t do that kind of work and redesign the watch to use a quartz mechanism. The success of the watch is a remarkable one among the fans.

     The main color of the watch is black and has red and yellow insertion along the hour indicator. The entire case and the belt are in a blind black and because Hublot never creates something that simple, some knurled are inserted to them. Because this watch must be a cheap one but also a competitive one, the designers create the entire case from stainless steel but it is masked by the two layers that are on top of it. The first layer is compound by the interior parts and also includes the dial and the two buttons on the right side of the watch. The next layer is actually also made from stainless steel but it is colored in red and the screws that are holding it down are colored in white, just like the colors of the club. The third and the most seen layer are colored just like the belt and the screws are also in white.

     For the indicators, the Hublot team chooses red for the seconds’ indicator and yellow for the seconds and hours indicators. Also we can found near the nine hour a chronometer that is market with red and yellow stripes.

     The most amazing part is that Hublot couldn’t give up their habits so easy and for a low cost watch, they kept the crystal glass but it was created not so curved like the ones for more elegant watches, and it has a more sport air.
     The watch is water proof to 100 meters but it is not recommended to keep it on your hand when you take a shower or when you can came in contact with water that is in high pressure. The hour six on the watch is messing from the indicator dial but in its place we can found a calendar dial small and with a very sportive shape and the watch is somehow complete by this feature.

The whole idea of this watch is that the fans can be closer to the club and because the watch has the emblem and the color of the club the watch can be called a real success in the business segment of Hublot.
     Amazing the watch cost is just a little over 100 euros but the sales are already reaching 40000 pieces in just a half year.
