The new Piaget Altiplano Skeleton Ultra-Thin Automatic watch established two outstanding records for the horological world: the thinnest possible movement (2.44mm) and the thinnest case (5.34mm).

The world`s thinnest automatic watch boasts both technological perfection and distinguished elegance. Measuring 38 mm in diameter, the case is crafted from 18-carat white gold. Sapphire crystal is used to protect the dial, but also for the case-back.

Both glasses allow you to admire the technical marvels of the new Altiplano Skeleton Ultra-Thin Automatic watch. The ultra-thin automatic 1200S movement manufactured in Piaget`s workshops is skeletonized, polished and satirized by hand.

One of the main attractions of the world`s thinnest movement is the matte black-coated platinum micro-rotor whose weight is only 2 grams. Another highlight of the movement is the beveled edging on the bridges.

To indicate hours and minutes, the new Altiplano Skeleton Ultra-Thin Automatic watch uses black Dauphine hands which make a contrast with the light-toned caliber, so the visibility is higher.

The new Piaget timepiece completes its look with a black alligator leather strap.
